Workplace Experience Coordinator (Renewable Energy)

Location: Onsite in Portland, Oregon, United States. Relocation assistance to Portland is available if needed.

Compensation: $28–$35 per hour, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Maintain shared spaces, kitchens, conference rooms, collaboration areas, and visitor-facing facilities to a consistently high standard.
• Manage daily kitchen, food, beverage, snack, inventory, and company-meal operations.
• Coordinate vendors, service calls, maintenance, purchasing, expense tracking, and hospitality-related supplies.
• Support employees, visitors, guests, and vendors with responsive onsite hospitality and light administrative assistance.
• Set up and break down spaces for team meetings, investor and client visits, all-hands meetings, and company events.
• Identify recurring issues and improve workplace routines, layouts, workflows, and service reliability.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite and remain physically active throughout the day in Portland, Oregon.
• 2+ years of experience in workplace operations, hospitality, events, facilities support, retail, or another high-touch service environment.
• Ability to work independently, lift and carry supplies, move furniture, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Experience with organization, checklists, inventory tracking, email or chat, and digital workplace or task systems such as Atlassian.
• Familiarity with food safety best practices; a Food Handler card is a plus or must be obtained if needed.
• Strong service orientation, judgment, communication, prioritization, accountability, adaptability, and attention to detail.
