Operations Finance Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid, one day per week at the hirify.global Waterside building in Louisville, Kentucky; applicants should live within commuting proximity.

Salary: $65,000–$88,600 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results for assigned operational areas.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor expenses, and identify financial risks, opportunities, and operational trends.
• Support month-end close by reviewing expenses, accruals, allocations, and financial reporting outputs.
• Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Connect operational metrics to financial outcomes and recommend reporting and process improvements.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams while maintaining internal financial controls and reporting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with SQL and Microsoft Access.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft tools.
• Strong ability to work with large volumes of data and attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule from Louisville, Kentucky, one day per week.
