Manager Financial Planning and Analysis, Value Access (Hybrid - Acton, MA and San Diego, CA)

Location: Hybrid, with on-site work required at an hirify.global office in Acton, Massachusetts or San Diego, California. Domestic and international travel may be required up to 5% of the time.

Salary: $111,600–$167,400 annual base salary for U.S.-based positions, with possible incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Create and distribute monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages covering sales, costs, expenses, and key performance metrics.
• Coordinate global budgeting and forecasting processes and ensure timely delivery of budgets and forecasts.
• Design and implement processes that improve data gathering, reporting efficiency, and decision support.
• Drive effective use and reporting compliance in Planful and develop a KPI manual.
• Provide financial analysis and tools for strategic and operational decisions, including special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with FP&A colleagues and the broader hirify.global organization while supporting reporting for the Board of Directors, leadership, and Investor Relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 7+ years of experience in global finance organizations, including 3+ years in financial planning and analysis within a global growth-oriented manufacturing company.
• Ability to learn new accounting and reporting tools and complete work accurately with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, data synthesis, and presentation skills for senior-level stakeholders.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills and the ability to manage projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Ability to work on-site at an hirify.global office in Acton, Massachusetts or San Diego, California.
