What you will do

• Collect and organize learner feedback, survey responses, assessment results, facilitator observations, and performance indicators.
• Analyze feedback to identify trends, recurring themes, learner pain points, strengths, and improvement opportunities.
• Apply a feedback framework to learning curricula by connecting learner input, performance, and support needs.
• Translate findings into recommendations for improving content, delivery, practice activities, assessments, and learner support.
• Help evaluate knowledge transfer, behavior change, and sustained improvement after training.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in an accredited college or university with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Interest in instructional design, learning experience design, data analysis, education, communications, psychology, business, or a related field.
• Interest in using feedback, surveys, assessments, and other data to understand learner needs and recommend improvements.
• Ability to work with structured information, compare multiple inputs, identify themes, and summarize findings clearly.
• Interest in instructional design models, adult learning principles, and evaluation methods.
• Comfort learning new tools; experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, survey tools, LMS platforms, or eLearning tools is helpful but not required.

Nice to have

• Formal instructional design coursework.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, survey tools, LMS platforms, or eLearning development tools.
