Principal Solution Architect (AI)

Location: Poland — Remote. International travel of up to 15% is required. In-person onboarding and/or identity verification may be required.

Salary: 238,000–348,700 PLN per year base salary, with the possibility of higher offers depending on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Define and evolve the architectural vision for Workflow Advisory and knowledge-driven platform capabilities.
• Design semantic architectures, knowledge models, knowledge graphs, and reusable domain models connecting workflows, data, decisions, and insights.
• Create architecture patterns for workflow automation, intelligent decision support, and future agentic applications.
• Design scalable, secure, resilient cloud-native architectures, including discoverable and composable platform services, APIs, and knowledge assets.
• Apply AI and LLM technologies to improve knowledge discovery, workflow execution, and advisory experiences.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, consulting, and architecture teams; drive standards adoption and mentor engineers and architects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering complex software platforms.
• Experience as a Software Architect, Product Architect, Principal Engineer, or in an equivalent technical leadership role.
• Experience with knowledge graphs, semantic architectures, ontologies, taxonomies, graph databases, or retrieval systems.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, intelligent assistants, autonomous agent patterns, technical spikes, prototypes, or proof-of-concept development.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, APIs, distributed systems, security, privacy, compliance, and enterprise governance.
