Risk Lead (Data Center Construction)

What you will do

• Prepare and deliver quantitative risk analysis workshops with project stakeholders.
• Review project cost, schedule, and risk information and develop realistic risk impact assessments.
• Build comprehensive risk registers and project risk profiles.
• Develop stress-test scenarios for extreme risk events and present analysis outputs.
• Provide risk and opportunity training and updates on risk management processes.
• Support business development with new and existing clients.

Requirements

• Degree or comparable experience in a relevant discipline.
• Experience leading risk management services with a focus on risk modelling.
• At least 12 years of experience in high-tech, pharmaceutical, data center, infrastructure, or oil and gas industries.
• Experience with Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk, or SafranRisk; familiarity with ARM, Xactium, RiskPredict!, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project.
• Working knowledge of ISO 31000, COSO, AACE, and PMI risk management guidelines.
• PMI, RMP, IRM, or APM certification, or active progress toward one.
