Commercial Lead (Construction)

What you will do

• Lead contract administration and commercial management for a large-scale mission critical data center construction project.
• Review, negotiate, and manage construction contracts, subcontracts, and consultant agreements.
• Develop change management processes and evaluate change orders and claims.
• Monitor project costs, forecasts, and cash flow while identifying and mitigating contractual risks.
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare commercial reports, support senior management, and lead contract close-out and final account negotiations.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of commercial management experience in a senior or leadership position on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in mission critical or data center projects in Europe is preferred.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Danish construction law and contract administration.
• Experience with standard construction industry contract forms, contract risk assessment, financial analysis, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
