What you will do

• Lead contract administration and commercial management for a large-scale mission critical facility project.
• Review, negotiate, and manage construction contracts, subcontracts, and consultant agreements.
• Develop and implement change management processes, evaluating change orders and claims.
• Monitor project costs, forecasts, and cash flow to ensure commercial viability.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders, leading final account negotiations.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of commercial management experience in leadership positions for large-scale construction projects.
• Specific experience with Mission Critical or Data Center projects in Europe.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Danish construction law and contract administration.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
