Human Resources Business Partner

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with organizational priorities and growth objectives.
• Advise leaders on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Lead and support recruitment, selection, onboarding, employee development, and retention across the site.
• Implement and adapt HR policies, programs, and processes while maintaining compliance with local regulations and business requirements.
• Coach managers on performance management, talent development, employee relations, and organizational challenges.
• Support labor relations activities, negotiations, collective bargaining agreements, and local hiring, compensation, benefits, training, health, safety, and security programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 7 years in broad-based HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or Human Resources Management roles.
• Experience supporting approximately 200–700 employees in manufacturing, operations, corporate, or similarly complex environments.
• Experience across employee relations, talent management, compensation, benefits, and organizational development.
• Experience supporting leaders in complex, global organizations and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, analytical ability, communication, relationship-building, coaching, and consulting skills.

Nice to have

• Master of Business Administration or professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, or unionized environments.
• Experience leading organizational change, transformation, and workforce effectiveness initiatives.
