What you will do

• Define business problems and translate them into clear analytical hypotheses.
• Define key metrics, build reports, and design experiments to drive business outcomes.
• Embed within business units like growth, product, or AI to provide actionable data insights.
• Influence leadership decisions through clear communication and data-driven recommendations.
• Own the analytical function for your assigned business unit end-to-end.

Requirements

• Must reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
• 6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth technology companies.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the leadership level.
