Location: U.S. roles are referenced, with compensation determined by work location and U.S. market-based pay zones.

Salary: $168,300–$297,000 USD annually, depending on zone.

What you will do

• Turn product, customer, and risk data into insights, decision frameworks, and measurement systems.
• Use AI tools and agent workflows to accelerate exploration, automate repetitive analysis, generate hypotheses, and stress-test conclusions.
• Own analysis, metric definition, experimentation, forecasting, visualization, and decision support end to end.
• Define measurement frameworks for Support and Risk Operations, including contact-demand forecasting, staffing models, queue health, and optimization.
• Evaluate risk models and policies, monitor cohorts, identify bias or drift, and analyze experiments, rollouts, and policy changes.
• Lead technical standards, build reusable frameworks, connect cross-team insights, mentor junior data scientists, and contribute to hiring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with 6–8+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience building clear, decision-oriented data visualizations.
• Strong product, analytical, and statistical judgment, including the ability to resolve ambiguous product, customer, and risk questions.
• Experience using AI tools to improve the speed, quality, and durability of analytical work.
• Ability to communicate tradeoffs and insights to technical, product, business, risk, and senior stakeholders.
