Compensation: $130,00–$190,000 total annual compensation, depending on experience, skills, location, and internal equity.

What you will do

• Use extensive healthcare datasets to identify and classify behavioral patterns of medical professionals.
• Create product and client-facing analytics.
• Work with product leaders and managers to inform data team strategy.
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and developers to define and lead data projects.
• Lead projects from data ingestion through analysis and recommendations.

Requirements

• At least four years of professional experience as a data analyst or data scientist.
• Advanced knowledge of statistics, exploratory data analysis, and probability theory.
• Exposure to machine learning methods, including regressors and classifiers.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex queries across multiple tables and data relationships.
• Proficiency in Python, object-oriented programming, and distributed data processing concepts such as column stores and Spark.
• Excellent data visualization, communication, and storytelling skills.
