What you will do

  • Lead residential HVAC installations.
  • Perform brazing with nitrogen, vacuum pulling and recovery, high-voltage hookups, and thermostat wiring.
  • Coach, train, and support apprentices.
  • Work in attics and tight spaces.
  • Use an iPad and ServiceTitan software.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience leading residential HVAC installations.
  • Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years.
  • Ability to use an iPad and ServiceTitan software.
  • EPA Certification and TDLR.
  • Comfort working in attics and tight spaces.

Nice to have

  • NATE certification.
