HVAC Field Supervisor

Location: Austin, TX; field-based role

Radiant provides residential plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services as part of hirify.global.

What you will do

• Inspect new HVAC installations for quality, safety, performance, and code compliance.
• Diagnose installation issues, handle warranty and recall calls, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Provide hands-on technical support for installation and service technicians in the field.
• Coach installers on installation practices, troubleshooting, and customer communication.
• Verify and adjust airflow, support complex installations, and assist with duct replacement planning.
• Coordinate with the Installation Manager, inspectors, management, and manufacturer representatives.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of HVAC field experience, including strong residential installation experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, ductwork, airflow, startup, and commissioning skills.
• Ability to inspect workmanship and coach and develop installers in the field.
• EPA Certification and applicable state licensing as required.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; comfort using an iPad and basic computer programs.
