What you will do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems in customers' homes.
- Perform maintenance and service on air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps.
- Explain system issues and recommended solutions clearly to homeowners.
- Document jobs, notes, and recommendations in ServiceTitan.
- Deliver a strong customer experience while representing the Radiant brand.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Comfort using an iPad and ServiceTitan software.
- Strong customer service and repair explanation skills.
- Experience with variable-speed equipment and components such as capacitors, contactors, and motors.
- EPA Certification and TDLR license required.
