What you will do
- Run warranty calls and recalls for newly installed residential HVAC systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace warranty-related HVAC components and equipment.
- Perform quality assurance inspections against company and manufacturer standards.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to homeowners while delivering a strong customer experience.
- Document service details, parts used, and resolutions in ServiceTitan.
- Collaborate with installation teams to resolve recurring issues and complete work safely.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment.
- Experience with variable-speed units, communicating systems, and replacement of contactors, capacitors, motors, boards, and sensors.
- Ability to recover, charge, and handle refrigerant safely.
- EPA Certification and TDLR License.
- Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Ability to use an iPad and ServiceTitan, work independently, solve problems efficiently, and communicate clearly.
