Data Scientist (AI)

Location: Remote; full-time salaried applicants must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada. Full-time hourly hiring is limited to AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, and VA.

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 base salary per year, plus potential equity.

What you will do

• Embed within growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships and own the analytical function for the business area.
• Define business questions, hypotheses, metrics, and the decisions that analyses should inform.
• Build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights that improve key metrics.
• Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations stakeholders.
• Drive analytical initiatives and decisions through to measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
• Comfort with SQL or Python.
• Experience owning ambiguous problems and delivering business impact.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills and the ability to influence leadership-level decisions.
• Strong first-principles thinking, ownership, and direct communication.
