Data Science Team Member

Location: Remote; full-time salaried employees must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 base salary annually, plus potential equity.

What you will do

• Embed within a core business area such as growth marketing, product development, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.
• Define business questions, hypotheses, metrics, and the decisions that analyses should inform.
• Build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights that improve key business metrics.
• Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations stakeholders.
• Own the analytical function for an assigned business unit from problem definition through execution and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
• Comfort with SQL or Python and experience solving ambiguous problems using first-principles thinking.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and influence decisions at the leadership level.
• Track record of taking ownership and delivering measurable impact.
• Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada.
