Data Scientist (AI)

Location: Remote. Full-time salaried employees must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

Salary: $160,000–$180,000 base salary annually, plus potential equity.

What you will do

• Embed within a core business area such as growth marketing, product development, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.
• Define business questions, hypotheses, metrics, and the decisions that analysis should inform.
• Build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights using business data.
• Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations stakeholders.
• Own the analytical function and drive outcomes for the assigned business unit end to end.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
• Comfort with SQL or Python.
• Experience owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership decisions.
• Current residence in one of the listed U.S. states or Ontario, Canada is required.
