VP Global Sales & Marketing (Biomedical)

Salary: $200,000–$275,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement the Health, Nutrition & Care Biomedical sales strategy.
• Own commercial and selling strategy, including the sales contribution to the business strategy.
• Lead sales planning and operations to achieve commercial objectives.
• Set the strategic direction and vision for the marketing organization.
• Own marketing strategy for the Biomedical portfolio of products and services.
• Manage and develop regional commercial development, marketing, commercial excellence, and commercial operations professionals.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of commercial experience in a CDMO organization.
• Demonstrable experience and knowledge of the medical device or MedTech industry.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial strategy, sales and marketing planning, sales operations, KPI management, quality, training, and sales force effectiveness.
• Experience leading large-scale commercial process improvement projects and working across diverse international markets.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
