(Junior) P&O Analytics Manager - Systems & Automation (all genders)

What you will do

• Manage the HR systems landscape, including Personio, SmartRecruiters, and Peakon by Workday.
• Configure systems, permissions, integrations, and organizational changes, including reorganizations, role models, and performance cycles.
• Ensure recurring, reliable data deliveries for Finance, Zalando, IT Capex, and CSRD-related processes.
• Prepare standard and ad-hoc P&O analyses for management and external stakeholders.
• Identify automation opportunities and build practical solutions.
• Evaluate and implement AI-powered P&O solutions while considering GDPR, the EU AI Act, and co-determination requirements.

Requirements

• Initial hands-on experience administering HR systems or similar data-driven systems.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain complex interdependencies clearly.
• High accuracy and reliability when managing recurring, audit-relevant data processes.
• Proactive ownership and the ability to identify improvement opportunities independently.
• Very good German and English skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI or automation tools.
• Curiosity about modern technologies and AI, with a realistic understanding of their limitations.
