HR Operations Specialist (People & Culture): Supporting daily HR operations and digitally managing administrative processes across the employee lifecycle with an accent on employee documentation, HR data, and digital filing systems. Focus on structuring HR records, improving process reliability, and coordinating internal organizational activities.
Location: On-site in Metzingen / Riederich, Germany

What you will do
- Support the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture team, focusing on HR Operations.
- Execute and improve digital administrative HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Maintain employee and contract documentation in digital systems.
- Structure and continuously improve the digital HR filing system.
- Maintain employee data, prepare internal HR documentation, and coordinate appointments.
- Provide organizational and administrative support within the People & Culture function.
Requirements
- Initial experience in administration, HR, or office management is advantageous.
- Experience with the digitalization, standardization, or optimization of HR processes is preferred.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with discretion when handling sensitive data.
- Proficiency in common office tools such as MS Office and HR systems such as HiBob.
- Strong communication skills in German and English are required.
