Senior Manager, Provisioning

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; in-person onboarding is required.

Annual base salary: $174,000–$240,000 for candidates in California excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington; $156,000–$215,000 for other stated locations. The Bay Area salary range is referenced but not provided.

What you will do

• Define the operational vision, roadmap, capacity models, SLAs, SOPs, and quality controls for global provisioning.
• Lead fulfillment of SaaS tenant activations, contract adjustments, license provisioning, and deprovisioning across enterprise product lines.
• Manage urgent customer, technical support, contract, and executive escalations while partnering with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, Billing, Business Technology, and Engineering.
• Prioritize automation, API integrations, and system enhancements that reduce manual provisioning work.
• Oversee CRM/ERP-to-production reconciliation, operational reporting, queue governance, and KPI scorecards.
• Lead, coach, and scale a globally distributed team, including onboarding, competency frameworks, career development, shift planning, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Provisioning, Support, Deal Operations, Sales Operations, or Order-to-Cash within an enterprise SaaS environment, including at least 4 years in provisioning.
• 4+ years of direct people-management experience leading and developing global or multi-site operational teams.
• In-depth knowledge of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, SaaS subscription mechanics, and order-to-provisioning workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, and workflow or ticketing platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, or SFDC cases.
• Practical knowledge of SOX compliance, order-verification controls, audit processes, and SOC compliance frameworks; experience supporting regulated or public-sector requirements such as FedRAMP.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, including experience handling high-visibility escalations with customers and senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or equivalent practical experience in addition to the required 8+ years of experience.
