Senior Manager, Provisioning (SaaS)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States

Annual base salary: $174,000–$240,000 USD for candidates in California excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington; $156,000–$215,000 USD for other stated locations. Additional equity, bonus, and benefits may apply.

What you will do

• Define the operational vision, roadmap, capacity models, and service-level agreements for global provisioning.
• Lead fulfillment operations for SaaS tenant activations, contract adjustments, license fulfillment, and deprovisioning across enterprise product lines.
• Improve queue governance, standard operating procedures, quality controls, automation, API integrations, and workflow systems.
• Manage urgent customer, technical support, executive, contract, and fulfillment escalations in partnership with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, Billing, Business Technology, and Engineering.
• Oversee reconciliation between Salesforce, NetSuite, and production fulfillment environments, while maintaining SOX, SOC, audit, and FedRAMP controls.
• Lead, coach, and scale a globally distributed operations team through onboarding, competency frameworks, career development, and resource planning.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in provisioning, support, deal operations, sales operations, or Order-to-Cash within enterprise SaaS, including at least 4 years in provisioning.
• 4+ years of direct people-management experience with global or multi-site operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, SaaS subscriptions, and order-to-provisioning workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, and workflow or ticketing platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, or SFDC cases.
• Practical knowledge of SOX compliance, order verification controls, audit processes, and regulated fulfillment environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
