Client Account Manager (Insurance Benefits)

Salary: $57,500–$79,100 annually plus bonus

What you will do

• Manage assigned employer client relationships across onboarding, enrollment, billing, renewals, and ongoing service.
• Coordinate onboarding for Section 125 clients, including provider transitions, service agreements, enrollment, and HealthEquity setup.
• Maintain enrollment and billing activity, including premium reconciliation, adjustments, invoicing, and discrepancy resolution.
• Partner with payroll administrators, business managers, agents, vendors, HealthEquity, and internal departments to resolve inquiries and escalated concerns.
• Process open enrollment and qualifying-event changes in operating systems and client accounts.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to operational efficiency, accuracy, and client experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 5+ years of account management experience with a record of delivering excellent client service.
• Expertise in Section 125 plans, FSAs, HSAs, voluntary benefits, and benefit administration enrollment systems.
• Experience managing client relationships, renewals, account information, enrollment data, and billing information.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, relationship-building, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work with clients, agents, vendors, payroll administrators, and internal business partners.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in the insurance industry or a third-party administrator environment.
