Senior Product Manager (AI CICD)

Location: United States - Remote

Base salary: $205,000–$231,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for a new AI-focused CI/CD product.
• Take a production-proven internal system from 0→1 to a customer-facing product.
• Research how developers and software agents write, test, review, and ship code.
• Recruit design partners, validate the product with early users, and translate feedback into priorities.
• Own developer experience, adoption, positioning, documentation, pricing, and launch readiness.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Experience, Product Marketing, and Product leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with developer-facing, infrastructure, security, or similarly technical products.
• Experience building agent tools, agent frameworks or harnesses, MCP servers, evaluation systems, or model-driven developer tooling.
• Deep understanding of CI systems, including builds, tests, caches, runners, artifacts, and merge gates.
• Experience taking a technical product from an early idea through launch and iteration.
• Ability to contribute to technical design discussions, make product tradeoffs, and work independently in a fast-moving area.
• Strong written communication and frequent direct engagement with developers.

Nice to have

• Experience running coding agents in production at scale.
• Experience with developer platforms, build systems, remote execution, or hosted development environments.
• Experience with containers, Kubernetes, registries, or other cloud-native infrastructure.
• Experience building developer security products or products serving both individual developers and enterprises.
• Experience owning a team’s CI.
