People Relations Partner

Location: GB, W1T 7NF; the UK Publishing People Team is based across London and Peterborough.

What you will do

• Lead routine, complex and high-risk employee relations cases.
• Conduct and oversee investigations into conduct, grievances, whistleblowing and workplace concerns.
• Advise managers and leaders on disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence and performance processes.
• Assess employee relations risks and provide practical recommendations.
• Support restructures, consultations, redundancies, redeployment and wider organisational change.
• Coach managers, deliver training and use employee relations data to improve capability and employee experience.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing complex employee relations matters.
• Experience supporting organisational change and consultation activity.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Strong investigation and employee relations capability.
• Excellent coaching, communication and influencing skills.
• Sound judgement, problem-solving and risk assessment capability.
