Sales Trainee (Retail)

Location: Toms River, United States; recurring route coverage and in-person customer service required.

Salary: $19.95–$22.05 per hour

What you will do

• Complete training designed to prepare for an Account Sales Manager role.
• Support sales initiatives and cover Account Sales Manager routes during absences and special projects.
• Maintain professional customer relationships across large- and small-format off-premise stores.
• Execute product rotation, brand flow, displays, pricing, and point-of-sale activities according to hirify.global standards.
• Meet daily KPIs covering sales, distribution, pricing, displays, new accounts, and merchandising.
• Support audits, blitzes, display building, and other merchandising activities.

Requirements

• Valid US driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory or advertising displays.
• English communication skills required; customer service or sales experience is advantageous.
• Travel expected: 0–10%.
