Creative Producer & Videographer (Influencer Campaign Production)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid role with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Manage mid-scale influencer content productions from brief through final delivery, including pre-production and post-production.
• Lead videography for platform-native content across TikTok, Reels, YouTube, and Shorts.
• Coordinate schedules, talent and influencer logistics, equipment preparation, and production workflows.
• Film and edit polished social content, including cutting, grading, formatting, typography, hooks, and pacing.
• Support larger agency shoots and brief, delegate, and review editing work when required.
• Organize and maintain the in-house camera, lighting, and audio equipment store.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in video production, shooting, and editing within an agency, publisher, social-first media brand, or freelance environment.
• Experience working as a one-person crew, directing, shooting, and editing under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with professional camera systems such as Sony or Canon, plus mobile and gimbal setups.
• Working knowledge of lighting for interviews and social content.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of social media content performance, stakeholder management, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with After Effects or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience in larger-scale agency shoots and delegating post-production work.
