TL;DR
Senior Video Editor (Formula E): Crafting and elevating Formula E's house editing style across brand films, race edits, digital campaigns, event visuals, and social content with an accent on pacing, rhythm, sound design, color finishing, and visual storytelling. Focus on shaping a distinctive sports and entertainment editing language, creating high-impact multi-format assets, and delivering frame-accurate, broadcast- and campaign-ready work.
Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week required at the Hammersmith London office
Salary: £50,000–£55,000 per year

What you will do
- Own, shape, and evolve 's signature house editing style across video output.
- Edit, finish, and polish long-form and short-form assets for brand films, digital campaigns, performance marketing, OOH screens, and immersive event visuals.
- Partner with the Brand & Creative Director to align video and motion content with the wider brand vision, narrative, and cultural positioning.
- Deliver precise cutdowns, transitions, sound design, audio mixes, color finishing, and quality control.
- Interpret creative briefs and raw footage to develop innovative cutting styles, visual concepts, and narrative treatments.
Requirements
- Standout portfolio with proven work in sports, lifestyle, entertainment, or youth culture.
- Deep editorial intuition and strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, audio layering, and narrative flow.
- Expert command of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects or equivalent industry-standard software.
- Strong skills in sound design, audio mixing, music selection, and color grading.
- Understanding of delivery specifications, aspect ratios, and editing techniques for event displays and 9:16 social feeds.
- Availability to work three days per week from the Hammersmith London office.
