What you will do

• Create a strong and authentic visual presence across various social media and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the Media Production Team to develop new, engaging social media formats and content plans.
• Work with athletes and creators to produce relatable, community-driven content.
• Independently develop creative concepts that align with the brand's tone, values, and target audience.
• Plan and execute detailed video shoots for YouTube, product integrations, and social media assets.

Requirements

• Professional experience in video production within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Solid understanding of camera systems, sound recording, and lighting.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to translate ideas into emotional content.
• High proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (preference for DaVinci Resolve).
• Fluency in both English and German.
