UA Content Producer (AI)

Location: Remote, with access to hubs in Dubai, Yerevan, London, and Belgrade

Developing Mira, a personal AI agent that operates inside Telegram to help users schedule meetings, summarize discussions, create content, and coordinate plans.

What you will do

• Produce high-volume performance creative for web-to-app funnels and paid social, including UGC-style ads, motion graphics, app demos, hooks, and landing page videos.
• Edit and finish videos end to end, including cuts, sound, captions, color, and channel-specific exports.
• Use AI video and image tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Midjourney, and ElevenLabs in the production workflow.
• Build motion graphics and UI animations using Figma and Remotion.
• Ship multiple hooks, aspect ratios, and localized variants quickly.
• Coordinate creators, voice-over talent, and freelancers when shoots or additional talent are needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience producing video or motion content for paid social, growth marketing, or content production.
• Hands-on fluency with current AI video and image generation tools.
• Ability to ship dozens of creative variants per week with a strong focus on volume and speed.
• Understanding of hooks, retention, and effective first-three-second creative.
• Ability to iterate on creative using performance data.

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer apps, subscriptions, or web-to-app funnels.
