Summer 2027: Technical Program Manager (TPM) Intern (AI)

Location: Hybrid work at an hirify.global office in Mountain View or San Diego, California, or Atlanta, Georgia; relocation stipend provided.

Salary: $51.94–$74.42 per hour.

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end execution of program deliverables while maintaining high standards for quality, speed, and accountability.
• Establish operating rhythms and lead clear, actionable communication across cross-functional partners.
• Align product, engineering, and business stakeholders and help resolve trade-offs that maximize customer benefit.
• Navigate resistance and setbacks while independently driving resolution and maintaining program momentum.
• Recommend process improvements and contribute to annual planning and data-backed prioritization.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a master's, MBA, PhD, or equivalent degree-seeking program, with graduation expected after the internship ends.
• Legal authorization to work full-time in the United States for the entire internship.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment at an hirify.global office location.
• Familiarity with AI tools and interest in applying AI to real-world problems.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and awareness of AI- and agent-driven development.
• Strong project management, communication, prioritization, organizational, and stakeholder-influence skills.
