Pharmacy Manager

Location: Forrest City, Arkansas, United States; onsite at 205 Deadrick Rd. Relocation is available.

Salary: $112,000–$197,000 per year, plus potential annual or quarterly performance bonuses, regional pay zone compensation, and complex-structure compensation.

What you will do

• Lead pharmacists and pharmacy staff while overseeing daily pharmacy operations.
• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and deliver other pharmacy programs in compliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Provide patient and healthcare-provider support and resolve customer needs within company guidelines.
• Manage merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, inventory levels, loss prevention, and safety controls.
• Oversee quality assurance reviews and participate in community outreach programs.
• Analyze operational and financial data to improve pharmacy performance and patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or an equivalent FPGEC qualification from NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program, such as APhA, pharmacy school curriculum, or a state pharmacy association program.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Ability to manage pharmacy staff, operations, compliance, and business performance.
