Pharmacy Manager

Location: Van Buren, Arkansas, United States; onsite at Walmart Supercenter 00016

Salary: $112,000–$197,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and a $15,000 sign-on opportunity.

What you will do

• Lead pharmacists and pharmacy staff while overseeing daily pharmacy operations.
• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, inventory levels, and customer service standards.
• Lead community outreach programs and encourage community engagement.
• Analyze reports and implement loss-prevention, safety, compliance, and quality-assurance controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGEC qualification.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Ability to manage pharmacy staff, operations, clinical performance, and financial data.

• U.S. pharmacy-related experience.
