Pharmacy Manager

Location: Port Arthur, Texas, United States; onsite at 4999 N Twin City Hwy

Annual salary: $112,000–$197,000, plus potential performance bonuses, regional pay zone adjustments, and complex-structure compensation. A $45,000 sign-on bonus and relocation support are indicated in the position title.

What you will do

• Lead pharmacists and pharmacy staff while managing daily pharmacy operations.
• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and deliver other patient-care programs.
• Ensure compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes, company policies, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Manage merchandise presentation, pricing, signage, inventory levels, and loss-prevention controls.
• Direct customer-service practices and resolve patient needs within company guidelines.
• Oversee community outreach programs and encourage community engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or an equivalent FPGEC credential from NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Experience analyzing operational and financial data to improve pharmacy performance and patient outcomes.
• Capability to manage pharmacy staff and operations.
