Pharmacy Manager

Location: Onsite at 3 Town Center Dr, Bowling Green, Missouri, United States

Salary: $112,000–$197,000 per year, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses and a $40,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Lead pharmacists and pharmacy staff while overseeing daily pharmacy operations.
• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and deliver other pharmacy programs in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Analyze pharmacy performance and patient-outcome data to improve care and operational results.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, inventory levels, and customer service standards.
• Lead community outreach initiatives and encourage community engagement.
• Implement loss-prevention, safety, compliance, and quality-assurance controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or an equivalent FPGEC qualification.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Ability to manage pharmacy staff, operations, financial data, and performance analysis.
