Pharmacy Manager

Location: Onsite at 625 School St, Putnam, Connecticut 06260, United States

Salary: $112,000–$197,000 per year, plus potential performance bonuses and a $25,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Lead pharmacists and pharmacy staff while overseeing daily pharmacy operations.
• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and deliver other pharmacy programs in compliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Support merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, inventory levels, and loss-prevention controls.
• Direct customer service practices and resolve patient needs within company guidelines.
• Lead community outreach initiatives and encourage community engagement.
• Analyze operational and safety reports and oversee quality assurance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or an equivalent FPGEC credential from NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Ability to analyze pharmacy and financial data and manage pharmacy staff and operations.
