Salary: $112,000–$197,000 per year, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available.

What you will do
- Provide patient care by processing and dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and counseling members on medications and healthcare needs.
- Lead pharmacy and over-the-counter operations, including pricing, merchandise presentation, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and sales performance.
- Supervise, train, mentor, assign work to, and provide feedback and recognition for pharmacy associates.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and company information, controlled medications, documentation, and required records.
- Ensure compliance with company, legal, safety, loss-prevention, and quality-assurance requirements.
- Support community outreach, member service, operational improvements, and Walmart's integrity and belonging standards.
Requirements
- Must work onsite at the Salina, Kansas Sam's Club location.
- BS in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGEC qualification from NABP.
- Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
- Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program, such as APhA, pharmacy-school curriculum, or a state pharmacy association program.
- Experience or capability in pharmacy operations, patient care, compliance, and associate supervision.
