Pharmacy Manager (Pharmacy)

Location: Roanoke, Virginia, United States; onsite at the Walmart Supercenter pharmacy

Salary: $112,000–$197,000 per year, plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus and performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead pharmacists and pharmacy staff while overseeing daily pharmacy operations.
• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and deliver other patient-care programs.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing accuracy, inventory levels, and required signing.
• Guide customer service practices and resolve patient and customer needs within company guidelines.
• Lead community outreach initiatives and encourage associates to support the local community.
• Analyze reports and implement loss-prevention, safety, compliance, and quality-assurance controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or an equivalent FPGEC qualification.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Experience managing pharmacy staff and operations, analyzing data, and making financial decisions.

• U.S. pharmacy-related experience.
