Corporate FP&A Manager

Location: Hybrid, with 4 days per week in an office. Available office locations include San Francisco, New York, Denver, London, Paris, Berlin, Sydney, and Mexico City.

What you will do

• Own short- and long-term corporate financial models covering revenue, headcount, expenses, cash flow, tax forecasting, and infrastructure planning.
• Lead planning, forecasting, monthly and quarterly close, budget-versus-actual analysis, and board and investor reporting.
• Own core SaaS metrics, including gross margin, Magic Number, Cash Burn Multiple, and Rule of 40.
• Drive the cash model and provide guidance on capital allocation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Science, Business Foundation, and Customer teams on spending, resourcing, demand, and gross-margin decisions.
• Translate complex financial data into insights for operational performance and executive decision-making.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Private Equity.
• At least 2 years of experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Strong financial modeling, P&L management, forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning skills.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and recurring revenue mechanics.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial information for non-finance leaders and challenge assumptions when needed.
• Must be willing to work from an office 4 days per week, except for roles explicitly designated as remote.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Rippling, or equivalent CRM, ERP, or HRIS platforms.
