Branch Manager (Banking)

Location: Longview, TX; office-based role. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States. Immigration sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Manage all facets of branch sales, customer service, operations, security, risk, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and coach branch colleagues toward budgeted sales, service, and financial performance goals.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and deepen existing relationships.
• Develop new consumer and business relationships through referrals, calling programs, community involvement, and market partnerships.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, staffing, and colleague development.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure effective use of banking technology, products, and services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least 1 year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Previous management experience and a bachelor's degree are preferred.
• Experience or strong knowledge in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service, coaching, and process management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, influence, and colleague motivation skills.
• Comfort with mobile services, online banking, and other technology.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations.
