Financial Center Leader (Banking)

What you will do

• Hire, train, coach, and develop associates across one or more financial centers.
• Set strategic objectives, conduct performance reviews, and build succession-ready talent.
• Drive financial center sales and service performance through consultative sales planning.
• Manage existing client relationships and develop new consumer and small business relationships with up to $1M in annual revenue.
• Lead outreach through calls, in-person meetings, seminars, and events, while promoting digital and self-service channels.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, operational efficiency, risk management, fraud mitigation, regulatory compliance, and branch performance analysis.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of banking or financial services experience.
• At least 1 year of successful sales experience as an individual contributor or manager.
• Strong communication, client service, interpersonal, analytical, and financial statement interpretation skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and work financial center hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Ability to travel as needed and lift or carry approximately 25 pounds when required.
