Operations Manager - Floor

Location: Onsite at 4900 N Ridge Trl, Davenport, FL 33897-6401, United States

Salary: $84,000–$126,000 annual, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Drive and implement the business plan for the assigned fulfillment area to achieve production, quality, safety, and facility goals.
• Forecast staffing, workload, and performance requirements to meet operational demand.
• Prepare and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Monitor compliance with logistics, quality, safety, and company procedures.
• Supervise associates and leaders by providing direction, feedback, coaching, training, and development opportunities.
• Participate in hiring, promotion, performance evaluation, and resolution of associate, customer, and supplier concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field plus at least one year of relevant operations, distribution, logistics, or retail experience supervising and developing managers or supervisors; alternatively, three years of relevant experience may qualify.
• Alternatively, one year of experience as a Walmart Logistics Area Manager with responsibility for associates, workload, development, and hiring or promotion.
• Experience managing workload and participating in hiring and promotion across multiple departments or areas.
• Ability to work onsite at the Davenport, Florida fulfillment facility.
• Successful completion of all required job training and assessments.
