Business Analyst - Manufacturing Engineering

Location: Lisbon or Coimbra, Portugal; hybrid working model combining onsite and offsite work.

What you will do

• Manage and update KPI dashboards for Manufacturing Engineering, evaluate delivery plans, and coordinate with Finance stakeholders.
• Own subcontracting management from purchase order tracking through goods receipt, while monitoring delivery risks.
• Coordinate supplier performance review milestones with supply chain managers in core countries.
• Maintain workforce and workload dashboards across domains and programmes, accurately categorizing internal, external, and extended-make resources.
• Identify business risks and opportunities, structure insights for internal customers, and support solutions to recurring complex problems.
• Contribute to local team initiatives, centralize business management activities, standardize processes, and apply lean management and Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirements

• Background in Business Management, Finance, Engineering, business analysis, data management, or operational tracking.
• Considerable professional experience gained through job-related training in business analysis, data management, or financial control.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and act as an informal resource for less experienced colleagues.
• Advanced mastery of Google Workspace, including App Script automation, and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English is required.
