IT Business Analyst (Internal Role)

Location: Porto; candidates must be based in Portugal or Serbia

What you will do

• Bridge business, IT, partners, and suppliers across internal IT projects.
• Clarify objectives, scope, stakeholders, dependencies, and expected outcomes before delivery begins.
• Elicit and analyse business and user needs, model processes, and develop concepts and solution designs.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements with technical specialists and delivery teams.
• Structure and maintain prioritised requirements and backlogs in collaboration with Project Managers and delivery teams using Azure DevOps.
• Translate approved demand into clearly scoped, deliverable projects and communicate complex solutions to different audiences.

Requirements

• Technical university degree or equivalent practical knowledge and experience.
• Several years of project experience, ideally as a Business Analyst.
• Analytical, structured, pragmatic, independent, flexible, and proactive approach to complex problems.
• Experience with business analysis and requirements engineering methods, including process modelling, requirements modelling, story mapping, and backlog management.
• Comfort working in interdisciplinary teams and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Confident English communication and a base in Portugal or Serbia are required.
