Junior Finance Business Systems Analyst (AI)

Location: Lisboa, Portugal; hybrid

What you will do

• Monitor BAU support activities for ERP and Finance systems.
• Review, prioritise, document, and track JIRA incidents, service requests, and change requests.
• Identify gaps in P2P, OTC, and R2R workflows and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Support ERP process improvements, automation initiatives, and collaboration with Integration and Data teams.
• Explore and pilot AI-assisted workflows, copilots, LLM-based assistants, and RPA solutions.
• Maintain governance, documentation, backlog prioritisation, reporting, and stakeholder updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Two to three years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Experience managing JIRA tickets in a structured BAU environment.
• Knowledge of ERP process areas including P2P, OTC, and R2R.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, UiPath, or Power Automate, plus understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and governance.
