Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal, 2–3 times per week

What you will do

• Act as the functional interlocutor between Risk, Finance, ALM-T, and central data teams.
• Translate business needs into operational requirements for the RF DIP scope.
• Monitor data production, execute control activities, and perform first-level investigations of data issues using SQL.
• Deliver reporting and data visualization outputs aligned with Risk and Finance requirements using Power BI.
• Support documentation management, stakeholder communication, and project activities within an Agile delivery environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Mandatory proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Fluent English at B2 level.
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model from Lisbon 2–3 times per week.

• Knowledge of SAS Enterprise Guide, Jira, and Agile methodology.
