What you will do

• Define product requirements as epics, features, and sprint-sized user stories, supported by process maps, use cases, acceptance criteria, and test plans.
• Support global commercial data and analytics capabilities for the ELMAC and JAPAC regions.
• Collaborate with business teams, product owners, product managers, developers, data engineers, and customers to define scope, value, and enhancement opportunities.
• Perform data analysis, troubleshoot issues, and support system implementation, maintenance, testing, and validation.
• Facilitate backlog reviews, PI planning, sprint execution, product demonstrations, and delivery using SAFe and Agile practices.
• Maintain requirements, user stories, processes, changes, and defects in Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• Master’s degree and 6+ years of experience in life science, biotechnology, pharmacology, or information systems.
• Experience writing user requirements and acceptance criteria in Agile project management systems such as Jira.
• Experience managing product features, roadmaps, product journeys, and PI planning.
• Knowledge of ETL tools, dashboard tools such as Tableau, and SQL.
• Experience or understanding of DevOps, continuous integration, and continuous delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with global virtual teams.
