Electrical Engineering Co-Op

Location: Solon, Ohio, US; full-time on-site co-op from January through June 2027

Salary: $25 per hour

What you will do

• Rotate through applications engineering, new product development, manufacturing engineering, and labs and compliance.
• Perform engineering calculations, analyze product designs, and help resolve technical and standards-related issues.
• Create drawings, schematics, specifications, installation instructions, assembly prints, test reports, and 2D/3D models.
• Support manufacturing improvements, tooling and equipment projects, BOM and routing updates, quality documentation, and time studies.
• Develop test plans, assemble materials, conduct validation testing, and design or improve test fixtures.
• Participate in design reviews, site and supplier visits, customer collaboration, and Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma activities.

Requirements

• Pursuing an undergraduate engineering degree, preferably with an electrical engineering focus.
• Currently enrolled as a full-time or part-time student at an accredited college or university.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Available for a full-time co-op in Solon, Ohio, from January through June 2027.
• Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in ABAQUS, MATLAB, 2D/3D modeling, prototyping equipment, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
