Production Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Siler City, North Carolina, United States

What you will do

• Lead daily plant operations and multiple production departments to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Develop production plans and strategies that balance customer demand, operational capacity, inventory requirements, and business goals.
• Analyze production workflows, efficiency, yields, and scrap to identify improvements and reduce waste.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering to optimize production performance and equipment reliability.
• Build, coach, train, and evaluate production teams while fostering accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Manage plant resources, inventory, supplies, assets, packaging, reports, and operational compliance.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a production supervisor or in an equivalent role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA requirements, quality standards, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Ability to manage resources, production performance, inventory, equipment, and employee development.
