Packaging Engineering Co-op

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; current authorization to work in the U.S. is required

Salary: $25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives with platform and functional partners.
• Conduct and manage packaging tests, trials, and analyses.
• Develop packaging solutions that balance cost, quality, and delivery requirements.
• Prepare test reports, cost analyses, and 2D/3D CAD concepts.
• Build technical knowledge of packaging materials and applications.
• Lead multiple cross-functional projects and apply engineering principles and statistics to make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Packaging Engineering, Packaging Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Junior or senior standing preferred, with graduation between May 2028 and June 2029.
• CAD experience.
• Current work authorization and legal authorization to work in the United States are required.

Nice to have

• Packaging design or engineering experience with industrial products or applications.
• Design for Manufacturing knowledge.
• Experience with ASTM or ISTA testing standards and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
